A large two-storey house built by the Pleym family in the early 1960s and completed in 1964. The Pleym family was well-to-do and the layout and areas of the house are characterised by this. The property was bought by the Haldorsen family in 2004 after Olga passed away in 2002. The property has been used for letting since then. Varanger Brygge took over the property in winter 2021 and has now completely renovated the entire property.
